Miriam Valencia
Founder & CEO, Alumbra International
Co-Founder, eXp Houston Hub
A visionary who built her own table, then made room for others.
Miriam Valencia represents a new generation of real estate leadership: entrepreneurial, ambitious, relationship-driven, and deeply committed to community.
In 2023, she founded Alumbra International, building an independent brokerage rooted in culture, service, and opportunity.
Under her leadership, Alumbra grew into a 50-agent organization and reported more than 1,000 transactions since its founding. Following a reported $107 million production year, Miriam brought Alumbra to eXp Realty in March 2026 with a vision of expanding its reach while preserving its identity.
Her leadership has attracted significant industry recognition, but her impact extends beyond real estate. Through Alumbra's Heart and Hope initiative, she has helped organize charitable outreach, volunteering, and community support throughout Houston.
As a mother continuing her own education and professional ambitions, Miriam understands that building a meaningful business also means building a meaningful life.
Her story is a reminder that success doesn't require abandoning who you are. It requires the vision and courage to keep growing.

Jena Turner has built her career on entrepreneurial instincts, exceptional service, and a commitment to doing things differently.
After establishing herself as a top producer at two Houston boutique brokerages, Jena co-founded Found Realty in 2019.
What began as a small team grew into a thriving real estate business recognized for its marketing, production, and distinctive brand.
After growing to approximately 35 team members, Found Realty transitioned to eXp Realty as a Mega ICON team, positioning the organization for its next chapter.
Jena has consistently distinguished herself in Houston's competitive real estate market, with recognition from the Houston Association of REALTORS and Houston Business Journal.
Known for her business acumen, marketing, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial mindset, she understands that a successful real estate career requires more than individual production. It takes relationships, innovation, a strong community, and the willingness to help others succeed.
